The design adopts the method of high-frequency DC boost and sine wave inverter to design a vehicle inverter that is boosted from 12V DC to 220V/50Hz AC, and the DC boost circuit and full-bridge inverter circuit are mainly formed by push-pull circuits. , It is composed of AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the control circuit of the control chip. The main circuit structure of the DC boost circuit is a push-pull inverter circuit, which completes the conversion from 12V DC to 310V DC; AT89C52 microcontroller is programmed according to SPWM control technology to complete the sine wave output and protection functions of the full-bridge inverter circuit control. The design circuit is modeled and simulated using MATLAB software, and the results show that the vehicle-mounted inverter has good operating characteristics.
Car Vehicle-mounted inverters generally use car batteries or cigarette lighters to supply power, first convert low-voltage direct current into about 265V direct current, and then convert high-voltage direct current into 220V, 50Hz alternating current. The car inverter breaks the many limitations of using electrical appliances in the car. The vehicle power supply is not only suitable for vehicle systems, it can be used as long as there is a DC12V direct current power supply. The car inverter fully considers the external use environment, and will automatically shut down when overload or short-circuit occurs.
